The purpose of Building Legacies Upon Excellence Foundation, Inc. 501(c)3 (B.L.U.E. Foundation) is to inspire to change, impact across generations, and strengthen our community. The B.L.U.E. Foundation operates principally in the Tulsa, OK metro area and the surrounding communities.

The B.L.U.E. Foundation is seeking sponsors for our annual Bingo event. B.L.U.E. Bingo is designed to have a fun and engaging way to generate funding for our scholarship program. Opportunities are available to individuals and businesses via giving sponsorships and event sponsorships.
