Purpose: The purpose of Building Legacies Upon Excellence, Inc (B.L.U.E.) Foundation is to inspire to change, impact across generations, and strengthen our community.


Membership: Membership is consisted of all financial members of the Phi Beta Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.

Scholarships


Lesley Hyche-Turay Educational Scholarship is a scholarship awarded to one female graduating high school senior in the metro Tulsa area and one female matriculating undergraduate student in the state of Oklahoma.
